I don't understand why when I scroll up and down my homepage, it has a skip or slight lag. This happens when I scroll it in Safari. When I scroll in Firefox, it's smooth. Can someone explain this for me please?

Not all browsers work the same. The technology underneath Safari (and Google Chrome) is different to that which Mozilla browsers are built on.

Scrolls fine on my desktop but yeahat the size:
The size of this web page (3035037 bytes) has exceeded the maximum size of 3000000 bytes.
Please try again.
You want it a LOT lower than that. (About 3.3% of your current page size)
Ok. I don't quite understand. What do you mean by reducing the size of my webpage? Do you mean make it more narrow? Can you explain?

Not. It means reduce the file sizes of your images. They are many, many times larger than they need to be to display well at the physical size that you're displaying them at.
This causes your pages to load very slowly, will depress your Google rankings and eats the bandwidth of people using accounts where it's limited.
