zoneproblem over 2 kg??

I taught the shippingmodule was working but now I got a weird error. I use zone rates with weight (The prices are in NOK, Norwegian by the way)
US,CA,AR,AU,CL,CN,HK,JP,MX,
0.02:13,0.05:25,0.1:35,0.350:70,1000:160,2000:270,10000:492
Its all working fine up to 2 kg, (2000grams) I can't get it correct. :huh:When I add products exs 2.3 kg it shows the price for 1000 gram.
I swithed the 1000 and 2000 gram in the table and then it worked for 2000 but not for 1000. Its so weird.
I use the 1.3.9b and the build in zonemodule
Is anyone familiar with this problem and how I fix it?? :cry:
