Ajax image swapper - All images are small - anyone help?

Hi there,

I installed the Ajax Image Swapper mod and when I go to upload images in the admin section it tells me to upload the largest image to the small field (default) and it will resize for the medium and the large image however it is just resizing all 3 to the small size.

Can anyone help me with this? I imagine it is a database issue and I'm not to hot on SQL issues so was hoping that one of the lovely community members might know how to sort it.

I also have the same issue, please help us any one. Also there are no small images are displayed.
I have a product with a 10 different color attributes. I added the three different type of images for each attribute but only small image in display.
I want the results like here except zoomer,

One problem for small images is resolved, the solution is below, I think

"Please check the rights of large and medium folder in images directory, these should be 0777."

Ah good news!

Glad someone finally worked out the issue!.

I have had a slight change of plan. Now using the Magic Zoom Plus add on and its looking great!!!!!!

The site is still being developed but am really please with how its looking.
