Not updating?

My cart is not updating anything!
I have changed many things in my editor, including side boxes, products, banners, and more.

When I bring up the cart, it is always the same as the first time.

I am using Version 1.3.9d, on a Unix platform, PHP Version 5.2.13.

I'm new, so I might be making a common mistake, but I've looked everywhere for a solution, and can't find one.

I found the problem!
Something went wrong with the installation and the configure filename was garbled!
Probably not even a Zencart issue.
