Is there a way to remove the Zone Rates (Shipping to US) that shows up on the Estimate Shipping Costs page? I have the shipping options I want to display already showing up, why have the Zone Rates show?

If you are using the Zone Rate zones shipping module ... you could put in the Skip Zones the US ...
