CreditCard payment

I have istaled ZenCart v1.3.9d and in Admin->Modules->Payment i don't have credit card option like said in:
1. Go to Admin->Modules->Payment
2. Click on Credit-Card
3. Click on Install
4. Click on Edit
5. Set the following:
- Enable Credit Card Module = true
- Split Credit Card E-Mail Address ---> ENTER YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS HERE
- Payment Zone ---> leave as -none-
- Set Order Status ---> suggest to set it to Pending
- Sort order ... set this to the order you want this to appear in relation to other payment modules on the customer's checkout page.

6. Click Update

Default payment modules in my instalation are:

Authorize.net
Authorize.net (AIM)
Authorize.net - eCheck
Cash on Delivery
The Zen Cart FREE CHARGE CARD
FirstData/Linkpoint/YourPay API
Check/Money Order
PayPal Website Payments Standard - IPN
PayPal Website Payments Pro
PayPal Express Checkout
PlugnPay API

I've got a information for my bank but i don't know how to integrate to my ZenCart.

Any help?

Correct. The "offline credit card" module is NOT available in v1.3.9 and newer.
You should ask your bank which payment gateways they support, and use that instead. That way your credit card transactions will be processed in real-time, and will be more secure.

I hope there's no setup fee.. authorize.net want $100 setup fee and PLUS.. no way too expensive!!
