Ok, I'll ask my bank which payment gateways they support But How do I add this on the zencart site?? Where do I stick that payment option thing?

I hope there's no setup fee.. authorize.net want $100 setup fee and PLUS.. no way too expensive!!

You should ask your bank which payment gateways they support, and use that instead. That way your credit card transactions will be processed in real-time, and will be more secure.
