    Default Help with Order Status Issue after Upgrade

    I have a client who had a VERY old version of Zen Cart which I just went through the painstaking process of updating to 1.3.9D.

    But now there is an issue where we cannot update the order status...it won't accept comments/updates, email the updates and orders cannot be voided or refunded.

    Also when an order is updated it disappears from the orders list in the admin.....although it is still in the SQL database....

    I am guessing it is a database issue - but I cannot see anything wrong in the database that would be causing all this...

    Can anyone offer some help - I am stumped!

    What 'status' are you trying to set it to? ie: what's listed in the pulldown?
    How does that compare to the list of statuses in Admin->Localization->Order Statuses ?

    And, when you see it in the database, what is the orders_status set to for that order that's "disappeared"?

    Any status was not working....it actually turned out that the admin wasn't updating ANYTHING in the database.....so nothing is working at all right now....

    I cannot update the admin at all.......she has another site that I updated as well - that one is working fine so it is not a host issue or anything.....

    I do not know what I am missing.....but I am getting frustrated beyond belief right now.....
