I have a client who had a VERY old version of Zen Cart which I just went through the painstaking process of updating to 1.3.9D.
But now there is an issue where we cannot update the order status...it won't accept comments/updates, email the updates and orders cannot be voided or refunded.
Also when an order is updated it disappears from the orders list in the admin.....although it is still in the SQL database....
I am guessing it is a database issue - but I cannot see anything wrong in the database that would be causing all this...
Can anyone offer some help - I am stumped!
