my ssl pages will not validate w3c

if you go to ttps:/www.purelypoultry.com and go to the footer and click on the w3c logo, it does not validate, but without the https://

and using just http:// it works fine, i get this error:

When I go directly to the validator and enter your address, both http and https validate.

Just my $.02 worth, but your customers couldn't care less whether your site validates or not. Most don't even know what that means. I think that logo is a waste of space.

thank you, i read somewhere on hear that it help show you are trustworthy, most people hopping for poultry wouldnt know what that was, your right, but shouldnt i leave it there?
