what i am trying to do is add a checkbox to the create account page that would say send me a catalog, what i was thinking was add a column to the customers table called cat_request, then on the create account page do something similar for the catalog request as the subscribe to newsletter checkbox, it would either be 0 no catalog or 1 yes catalog, how would i go about doing this?
