How to edit orders from backend

Version 1.3.8a with security patches applied, admin folder changed
Add ons: Stock by Attributes 1.4.9

Okay here's my problem: I put a special price on a certain fishing lure for 1 week. Regular price is 750, sale price is 650.

Now a customer visits me after the sale is over and price is back to normal to 750. He buys 2 ea of these but insists he will pay 650 ea. I agree. He pays cash and takes the lures with him. I request the guy to place an order online to as to offset the quantityin the system. He makes an online order which natuarally shows the price as 750 ea.

Now I want to be able to edit this order to correct this order so only the proper anount is charged. Is there a way to do it or a Mod that would let me edit the order, or atleast add a special discount to it?
