2 shipping options: Free, and $5 Flat

I apologize as I am at work and cannot access my site at the moment.

The problem is we are unable to display two shipping options: Free Shipping, and $5 flat rate. It seems to be only one or the other.

It was not like that a week ago, so I believe a partner may have messed something up, whatever.

Here's our config:

Modules Installed and active:
FREE SHIPPING freeshipper
Flat Rate $5

0 Weight equals free shipping = 1

Products:
Weight = 0
Standard shipping rules apply


I was under the impression this config would yield the two shipping options.

Please help!

Did you try to set a Zone on the Free Shipping freeshipper shipping module?

This module is a specific module designed for Free Shipping for everyone and Zones are not used the same way ...

The Zone setting on this module is only really there to help developers in writing additional code and customizations that might utilize this module ...
