Concerning Free Downloads

I have a question concerning Downloads.

In my store I have a Free download.
after I order they product, it wants me to "process" the order manually, before they can see there download link.

how I can make this 1 product, automatic on processing.

With the Free Download, you most likely are using the:
The Zen Cart FREE CHARGE CARD freecharger

You can set on that Payment Module what the Order status should be for either Processing (orders_status 2) or Delivered (orders_status 3) ...

On your other Payment modules, if the Order Status is set to either Processing (orders_status 2) or Delivered (orders_status 3) then the Download will be immediately available ...

PayPal is already set for this ...

Other Payment modules you will need to configure their settings ...

Something like Check/Money Order you would want set to Pending (orders_status 1) so that they do not get the Downloads until you confirm payment has cleared ...
