I figured it out. I had to add .centerColumn {padding-top: 0em;} to the CSS and it brought up the center column and it was level with the sideboxes in EZpages but not on the homepage. So I added #indexDefaultMainContent {margin-top: -0.4em;} to the CSS and it worked out on the homepage.
