Is there a way to export a report for a product list with descriptions and prices into a word or excell file?

Looks like this is what i need haoever how can i use this tool in admin end only. Don't want customes or my customer to see this.

I would suggest trying Apsona ShopAdmin, which includes a range of exporting and reporting features that you would find useful.

I'm not familiar with the add-on. I suggest you look for the support tread and see what users say about it.
