Add A CSS Class To "Filter Results By" Form?

I'm trying to add a class of "filter-results-by" to the form, but no luck finding the area to add it in.

I am running the latest version and here is the URL:

I'm just trying to make some adjustments to the look of it, and that specific form.

Could you tell me the file I should locate to make this change?
