It happened after I switched templete from classic to my override templete. Everything else seems fine. Just all the side boxes are not show up on the page. I have checked several times and could not figure out what went wrong. How can I get those side box back?

this is normal . when you switch from one template to another , you have to reset or turn on side boxes you need, by going to Admin
Tools > Layout box controller ..
here you can reset all side boxes , or just turn on sideboxes you need.
