I asked "So where exactly are you having a problem? " because I had no idea of your actual knowledge level from the previous posts. Starting too high or too low or in the wrong area wastes everyone's time. If you understand CSS and which file to edit, you should be using the Firefox Web Developer or Firebug tools, which can show you the class/id of the element you want to change. Once you know that, you can find it in the stylesheet (or add if not there) and style to your heart's content.

As I stated in post #2, you have two background-color calls of white in the stylesheet. If you try to remove just the background-color in the logoWrapper, it does not work because the mainWrapper has the same white background-color. So, the only css solution is to remove the background-color calls from logoWrapper and mainWrapper. That will cause all areas of the cart (leftColumn, rightColumn, etc.) to become transparent so you will need to add a background-color to the other areas you do NOT want to be transparent.

The fact that you did not understand the wrapper names or background-color led me to believe that you were not familiar with css. You stated you were but were unable to find the calls or divs with the help provided.
