    red flag Changing the folder where my store resides

    When I go to my main page and click "view source code" I get a page of code. Now there are some things in there that I want to change. What file is this code located in. More specifically I want to change

    <base href="http://www.paradisegardensupply.net/Shop/" />

    I have changed the configure files with the correct URL but it doesn't seem to help anything.

    http://www.paradisegardensupply.net
    This is the site. As you can see if you put your mouse over a category it still says /Shop/ I want to change that. Any help would be amazing.
    -Thanks

    P.S. I wanted to know where the file was because I want to change some other stuff on there too.

    The /includes/configure.php file is what controls that.
    Remember: the file is normally set to read-only on the server. That means anytime you want to make changes to it you'll need to change the file's permissions (on the server) to writable before you can save/upload your changes.
    In *some* cases you need to actually delete the file from the server before you can upload your updated one to replace it.

    Forgetting about this read-only bit is the most common cause of the symptoms you describe.

    Thanks for the help Guys I got it. I changed the configure file and it worked. Must have had the permissions messed up.

    I am having another problem now... I can't login to the control panel for the store. When I type in the URL /admin it just goes to a blank page. I got the site up but now I can't add items...

    I also went into the admin/includes/configure file and changed it to point to the correct directory. I did the same with the dist-configure file. I don't know what to do now...
