Shipping module problems

Hi i have upgraded from v1.3.8 to v1.3.9e everything has gone successfully except the shipping module, here if i put in an item to the cart and go to the shipping estimator/shoping cart it says:

Shipping Rates (This option is not available)
Store Pickup (Walk In) £0.00

But when i input a County and Postcode is then says:

Available Shipping Methods Rates
Zones Table Rate (1 x 0.17Kgs) (UK mainland) £1.50
Shipping Rates (This option is not available)
Store Pickup (Walk In) £0.00

So what i need to get rid of is the line that says:

Shipping Rates (This option is not available)

If you can help it will be very much appreciated as we've been working on this all day and some of last night too!!

Could you peek in your Zen Cart Admin in the Modules ... Shipping ... and see if one is labeled as:
Shipping Rates

and if so, what is the filename to the right?

or have you added a new shipping module?

What shipping modules do you have installed?

Do they all have green dots next to them?

Hi Ajeh, i think ive sorted most of it now, i had Shipping Rates and Zone rates both activated, although i've still got the Zone Rates showing as a yellow light and not a green one as usual?

Although on the website it's all showing up/calculating the weights correctly with two shipping rates UK Mainland and UK Outlying Islands but when it goes out to Paypal it seems to get the UK mainland prices ok and the UK outlying islands paypal seems to not recognise it as the different shipping rate and puts it as a normal Mainland price.

Any ideas?

The Yellow icon means you have a Zone set ...

I am not sure what you are using for the Shipping Rates shipping module ... is this an add on of some sort or did you customize one of the existing shipping modules?

I'm not sure as my old developer did the website for me originally, and i can't get hold of him anymore, but i think my new developer did mention something about 'hard coding' but wether that was about the shipping or the payment modules i do not know, i will have to ask him. I'm not 100% sure about it all though as i only have limited knowledge with websites etc.
