I need some information on setting up my FAQ page

I'm trying to figure out how the best way is to do this. i created an ez page, and I put all my questions and answers on that page.

I'm going to create another ez page with the just the answers on it, and do an internal internal link to link to it.

But I don't know how to make the page I link to go to the right area for the question I'm asking. Since all the answers are on the same page, how do I make it go to a specific place in the page to answer the appropriate question, instead of defaulting to the top of the page.

Or am I doing this right? Is this the correct way to do this, or is there a better way?

I've never tried this across more than one page, but I suppose if you specified the path in the href ...

It's just a special form of the HTML 'anchor' tag. You would put the first line where you want the link to take the visitor, and the second where you want the link:

<a name="answer1">Answer 1</a> - in the answers page

Create your link and make sure you use the same name as you used in your anchor:

<a href="pathtoanswerpage/#answer1">See Answer</a> - in the questions page


Google 'HTML anchor #' for more info.

I have had browser incompatibilty issues with that tag.
