How do I set free shipping over $50?

I cant find it anywhere..
I looked under modules>shipping?

If you want to offer Free Shipping over $50.00 as an "option" in addition to other shipping methods, use the Free Shipping Options freeoptions and set the Total >= 50.00 ...

Note: you can add a Zone to the Free Shipping Options freeoptions for limiting who is offered this Free Shipping ...

If you want to offer Free Shipping over $50.00 as the "only" option use the Modules ... Order Totals ... Shipping ot_shipping and enable the Free Shipping and set the amount to 50.00 ...

NOTE: you can set that to National, International or Both ...

Coincidentally, by default, the Shipping ot_shipping Free Shipping value is set at 50.00 but it is set to be disabled ...

Make sure that to use this, you have enabled it ...
