Newbie border problem very stuck ...

Hi,

I have looked everywhere, I even deleted everything in my stylesheet that says "border" and somehow, the border around my site logo still shows up.

Any ideas how to get rid of the logo borders and item borders? I added a test item to the category "club dresses" and it also has an ugly blue border...

look like you removed many thing from original stylsheet.css

you can add this to your stylsheet.css

img {
border:none;
}

this will remove border from all images .

Very strange. I can't see where that's coming from.

You can add to the bottom of the stylesheet:

img {border:none;}

if you don't want any images to have borders.

Thanks for the replies, I added the code and somehow the border is still there, maybe it is coming from another file maybe??? Any other ideas??

I did realize that it corresponds to the "blue" categories links color, any other ideas??

Did you add the code at the bottom of the stylesheet ?

I don't see it there now.

I'm going to suggest you copy the stock Classic stylesheet over the one you have now and start over. There's a lot of stuff you've removed that probably should be there.

yes I may have to do that, do you know where I can find that stock stylesheet css???

It's in the Zencart zip file in includes/templates/classic/css
