where is the bold setting for h3 in sidebar?

Hi .. I have been up and down h3 settings in stylesheet and cant find the reference to bold .. I am trying to get the h3 font in my RH sidebox to match the font in the dropdown navigation.

I can't tell where it's coming from, but you could do ths:

h3.rightBoxHeading, h3.rightBoxHeading a {
font-size: 1.1em;
color: #ccc;
font-variant:normal;
font-weight:100;}

and change the font-size to 1em.

I have to say, though, that black-on-purple is really hard to read on my monitors.
