I am trying to install on a Windows server.
I type the URL http://www.delawarevalleygpaa.com/zc_install
like it says in the install instructions but when I hit enter I get
"The system cannot find the file specified. "
I need help installing

I fixed the problem
My server was set to PHP 4.4.7 so I changed it to 5.2.6 and now the setup seems to be working.
