Hi, I am running PCI compliance scans and I am recieving requirements to upgrade PHP version 5.2.8 to PHP version 5.2.14 and also upgrade Mysql from version 5.0.58 to Mysql version 5.1.48. I am running Zencart version 1.3.7 with too many mods to list and do not want to do a full cart update at this time.

Does anyone out there know if upgrading the PHP and MySQL version to the above would cause any issues?

Any advise would be really appreciated.
