OK im currently using ZenCart v1.3.9d with ePDQ CPI Payment Mod v1.5 by Kuroi

I think ive got everything setup right but when i do a test payment is completed im redirected to a page saying

1146 Table 'mysite_co_uk.epdq_log' doesn't exist
in:
[insert into epdq_log set transactionstatus = 'Success', total = 99.99, oid = '', chargetype = 'Auth', datetime = 'Jan 23 2005 15:45:51', ecistatus = '', cardprefix = '']

Transaction work fine I just want it to bypass this and go back to the site.
