I am running 1.3.9d

Is their a way to add an order option that if they want a special kind of delivery that we provide, they can select yes or no and if yes is selected then they would be charge an additional $5 on every order?

I have searched through the forum and wasn't able to locate an answer, please forgive me if this has been addressed.
