admin redirect loop after upgrading to php 5.2 from php 4

Hi,

I have looked around and did not find anything.

I have upgrade my php version from 4.x to 5.2 yesterday, and now i can't login into my Admin page.

It takes a little while and than gives me This webpage has a redirect loop.

Please help !!
