URL for categories and images uses https

New user, searched the posts and FAQs and cannot find solution. When I click on the Online Catalog link from the admin screen, I see the main page. All links on that page use https in their URLs, categories and images. Makes no sense that catalog pages would be secure and the posts here confirm that.

Using Firefox (I saw some IE issues on the boards)
Using Zencart v. 1.3.9d
Made no changes or addons except,
Domain is not pointed to Godaddy yet, so I am using dummydomain.info to point to the relevant directory:
http://dummydomain.info/zencart/index.php?main_page=
I checked both configure files and the seem correct as outlined in posts on similar topics.
Site is in the early stages, obviously.

Okay, let me rephrase...

Why are the links on my main page https? They should be http. How do I fix this?

I can't believe I'm the only one who has had this problem. Please help.

1. You might want to reconsider using GoDaddy as your host. They're poor when it comes to properly running advanced systems like Zen Cart.

2. Zen Cart draws the URL from the information *you* supply during installation. If you specified an HTTPS address as your main site address, then that's what it uses.
You can change it in the /includes/configure.php file.

3. "I can't believe I'm the only one who has had this problem" is a statement of impatience, as is the fact that you've waited just slightly more than 2 hours for a reply. There are thousands of users here, all busy people, all volunteers. If you have something more to add to your post to make it easier for people to help you, add it. I did not specify https during setup and have checked the includes/configure.php file. The setup was generic. I'm stuck with GoDaddy for the time being and this is the first I've heard that this is an issue for them, although I believe it after trying to get some simple answers from them.

Nevertheless, your advice made me look at the configure.php one more time and I think it is now fixed.
