Review Defaults

I have it setup for people to leave reviews. My website is a service type of website and most people are not checking off a rating between 1 to 5 stars and it seems there is a default set to 1 which is "bad".

Is there a way to set the default to say a 3 to be fair which would be neutral.

I deal with some older customers who are not familiar with clicking on "stars" to help rate someone.

Do you have a reviews mod installed ?

In my stock Zencart test site, none of the star radio buttons are set by default, and I can't leave a review without checking one.
