order confirmation email issue after upgrade

I just upgraded to 139e from 138 and noticed when someone placed an order, the admin copy of the order confirmation was received in pain text format, normally I receive it in HTML format.
the email options in the admin settings is set to HTML... so I am not sure what is causing my HTML and stylesheet not to be applied and to receive it as just text. any ideas?

omg i'm so dumb, nevermind. i didn't move the "email" folder into the new one when i made the final switch over last night (after moving the old one out). fixed that problem!!!!!!!!!! duh

Thanks for the update that this is now working for you ... and especially for admitting to the goober on your part of not quite completing the upgrade correctly and for posting what the specific cause of the issue was ... this is a real help to others ...
