    Default Multiple State Taxes

I have one state tax definition set up and it is working (state:IA). I am trying to set up a second state (stateA) and have set it up exactly the same as Iowa except for zone and different tax %.

When I test the site out, IA works fine but PA doesn't. I've tried using different and same priorities in the zone - no difference. Both zones have green dots on them...

I am using Zen Cart 1.38a

Tried setting up a second tax zone and rate on two other zen cart sites and it seems to work correctly.

The only difference between those two sites and the one that I can't get to work correctly is that the site where the extra state tax isn't working has the Quantity discount module installed.

So, if you uninstall that module do things work?
Please do not PM for support issues: a private solution doesn't benefit the community.

Be careful with unsolicited advice via email or PM - Make sure the person you are talking to is a reliable source.
