What is the Best Live Help/Chat Add On?

My host is updating my Zen to the latest version and I'm interested in taking my online store to the next level...

So I've been thinking about adding a "Live Help" add on to the site and was wondering if anyone else could recommend and/or share their experiences with these add ons.

I didn't expect to find so many options available when I searched for them. Your thoughts are appreciated.

Volusion chat is easier to integrate and works good except sometimes their server takes for ever to load so you need to install it towards the end of the page.
