My shopping cart was hacked about 3 weeks ago. As the results I deleted the site. Now I am rebuilding.
What is the most current and secure version of ZenCart? Is there a list of directories I need to lock down?

The current version is 1.3.9e.
Far as I know, this is still the recommended way to secure files and folders:

Of course, you'll also change the name of the admin folder, and some people password-protect the admin login.
