Radio attributes both showing selected

The radio attributes are not showing correctly in website - I'm unable to make a selection and on selecting Add to Cart it adds both prices together in the total.

In the Attribute Controller - the Preview Attributes shows the Radio Buttons as selectable. If I change the Default Attribute it makes no difference to the site, they still remain unselectable (both selected).

I'm using ZenCart v1.3.9b and using a customised zen cart with and addon for postage.

In Admin the Attributes are all turned on.

I'm obviously missing something, but cannot seem to find any resolution within the search forum, and hoping someone can shed some light on this problem.

You probabbly have both options selected as default. Change one of them and it should be fine.
goto the options controller and select the product. Then change of on one of the orange "button to false
