Product Descriptions

Can somebody help me with coding to have a shaded box with a description heading that will be added to all my product listings? I also would like to have this for the pricing area and include the add to cart, the manufacturer name, and other product information with the price area as well. Is this possible? tried googling this but can't find anything.

If you look at the price and description, they have a light grey shading and the description has description tag.

Looks like a neat add on. Any instructions on how to install? If I don't want Java Script is there a way to just code an image or something that will load when products are loaded.

Everything concerning the module (its operation, configuration, installation) is neatly embedded in the module's package, so just download the zip file, unpack it and read all the documentation. The authors of this modules are ZC experts, and are very bright people. The mod is beautifully crafted.

When you say you "don't want javascript"... what do you mean? The module relies on it to operate.

It's like saying... "I want a web page, but without any HTML"...

It does not make sense.

I suppose it is possible to configure the div ID (or class) for the product description DIV to have a stylesheet declaration that calls a background image that positions a "graphic" as you would want it... but this seems pointless. The TPP module is fantastic, and contains a LOT of customizable functionality.

(It will take you longer to create a suitable BG image, code the DIV and write a CSS declaration, than it will to install, configure and use the TPP module).

I have been looking at how to install, and I am not getting or seeing how to install. Can you offer any assistance to help me out to get this going?

I have been looking at how to install, and am not getting a clear picture on where exactly to upload the unpacked files. Do I just drop the "YOUR_TEMPLATE" file into the Templates directory or do I have to pick and choose individual files to upload. Can you offer any assistance to help me out to get this going?

Unzip the Zip file, change the name of the YOUR_TEMPLATE folder to the name of your template, then, using your FTP program, drag the includes folder from the mod to the root (top directory) of your store. All the files and folders inside will fall where they belong.

Then open each of the SQL files (two - you probably don't need the German one) in a text editor, Copy all the contents and Paste to the box in Admin - Tools - Install SQL Patches and click Send.

Most people recommend you back up your database first.
