Canada Post module error

I am receiving this error, has not happened before.

Item is too large to be packed.
If you prefer to use Canada Post as your shipping method, please contact the In The Box Sportscards & Collectibles via Email.

What do I need to do to rectify this situation?

The product dimensions and/or weight you've set in your admin exceeds the available options you've configured for box-types in your CP SellOnline profile on the CP website.
Additionally, if you've *not* checked the box that says "ships in original box", then it might be attempting to combine multiple products from your cart into one box, and again not being able to find a box big enough (or able to handle the weight) as per your settings you've configured in SellOnline.
