I have no file extensions after installing Simple SEO

This is my first attempt with Zen Cart, and I know nothing of programming. But, I do know how to follow directions.

I got the module Simple SEO installed and working on my site. It's the first thing I did. However, I get no file extensions on my pages. Anyone know why?

For instance mysite.com/reviews and the link doesnt work. Or I created some new products and categories and the link looks like mysite.com/catergory/product but the link doesnt work.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Simple SEO has it's own support thread - you may have better luck there.

Many here think it's no longer necessary to install SEO URL rewriting mods in the first place.
