Image Handler works for everyone but 1 person

I have image handler installed, and it works fine for everyone but 1 person.

When that user goes to image handler, they get a page cannot be displayed, but everyone else can use it.

Does anyone have any clue or suggestions why this is happening or how to fix it?

Do you mean you have more than one admin, and one of them can't access the Image Handler settings ?
