    Default [URGENT] ?Header? help?

    Hi all.

I have a few questions about the very top bar that contains the links "Home", and "Log In". To my knowledge, I'm quite sure that this is known as the main header.

1.) I want to change the height of it, because its far too tall for the links and throws my site off.

2.) Somewhere along the lines of me editing my custom template that I'm building from scratch, the little "search" box got removed from it. I would like to know how to get that back up.

3.) How do I change the background image/color of it?

4.) If I wwere to delete it completely, how would I go about doing so?

    Thanks.

Sites not nearly done yet, and its running local, but I'm pretty sure I can configure my server to be accesible from internet.

    EDIT:
Servers not really cooperating with internet requests; will a screenshot work?

It looks like you have the Web Developer plugin for Firefox, which will let you answer all those questions.

Ctrl-Shift-Y will allow you to hover over a section of the page and see the class and id names for that section in the box at the top. The statements in the stylesheet that begin with # are id's and the ones that begin with dots are classes.

Ctrl-Shift-E will open the CSS editor and allow you to edit the stylesheet and see the changes in real time without changing anything permanently.

The top nav bar is #navMain in the stylesheet.

Also install the Colorzilla plugin which will allow you to see the color (in hex) so you can find it in the stylesheet.

The serach box appears to be there in your screenshot.
