Flat Rate for 3 Categories?

I want have a flat rate for U.S, Canada and everywhere else. How can I do this?

You could clone the Flat Rate flat shipping module and build 3 Zone Definitions for this ...

Or, you could use the Zone Rate zones shipping module and setup 3 zones ...

Let's say you want to have:
U.S. $5.00
Canada $7.50
Everywhere else $12.50

Install the Zone Rate zones shipping module and use:

Zone 1
US
1000000:5.00

Zone 2
CA
1000000:7.50

Zone 3
00
1000000:12.50
