On my order pages in admin I see the legend for the downloads, but the products do not have any buttons next to them to reset. There is no download information listed for the orders (status, file name, days, count). Any help would be appreciated!

Under the product name, is there a bulleted list of selected attributes including option names and values?
If not, then the customer didn't actually add the *attribute* to their cart when they added the *product* ... because they didn't *select* the attribute first..

Do you see Attributes on the Order made for the Order with the Download(s)?
Next, find the Product in the Attributes Controller ...
1 Do you see Attributes for the Downloads?
2 Do you see filenames for the Downloads?
3 Do you see green dots or red dots for the Downloads?
A couple checks to make in phpMyAdmin ...
1 check the orders_products table and search for the orders_id ... do you find Products?
2 check the orders_products_attributes table and search for the orders_id ... do you find Attributes?
3 check the orders_products_download table and search for the orders_id ... do you find Downloads?Linda McGrath

I sell only downloads...my customers have never had any issues receiving their downloads, I just cannot monitor or reset them. All of my files are linked correctly and being received with no problems. The only problem is in the backend...somewhere, I'm just not sure where.
