Extra text on product info page

I'm looking for a way to add extra text on the product info page. I've looked thru the forum and the mods but couldn't find anything but I'm sure there's a way. Right now when I add text, it pushes my add to cart button down the page. Does anyone know how to do this?

I'm wanting to add text below my add to cart button.

You will need to re-order a copy of tpl_product_indo_display.tpl
Make product description come after the cart add entry

A bit of css might be required after the re-order
