new template

I'm doing the upgrade from version 1.2.7 to 1.3.9.
Creado am a new template as a base I'm using the default template, I changed some colors and borders, but when I go to enter data on the Main_Page, or shipping information, or Conditions,
the template sfalla me, and I changed the layout of all products featured and news.
also makes me get out the box on the right page.

You've closed the table here, then used <tr> and <td> later without opening a new table.

I'm not sure if that's causing the problem, but it's worth a look.

Using a table for the top part makes sense, but it would be a lot easier to wrap the text part in a <div> and style it in the stylesheet. The inline styling you've used may also be part of the problem.
