How do i change ilbs to Kg?

alright. i have changed the lbs to Kg

I am using the tablerates module under Modules - Shipping
I made the weight of one game equal to 0.3kg.
The shopping cart identifies the weight of my products. however when i proceed to checkout. my table rates says something like this

Table Rate (1 x 3.30Kg) and the cost is $0
Do you know why this is? i need this to be fixed so the values can work.
These are my values i put into the module.
0.9:5.95,2:13,10000:0.00

On second look. it seems to be adding 3kg.
