Unsubscribe link in email?

Hi,

How do I put an unsubscribe link in emails that i send out so that the customer can click on it and it will take them to the site and unsubscribe them?

Is this possible?

Or do I have to make a link to the unsubscribe page and they fill in the rest?

I know there is an option to put an unsubscribe link in the info sidebox, but don't want to do that if possible

I have 1.3.9d and Newsletter Subscribe installed

Send an Email or Newsletter from your Admin > Tools > Send Email or Newsletter to the Administrator (you) so you can see how the email template looks.

There is an unsubscribe email link in the footer by default.
