LinkPoint API SGS-020003: Invalid XML -- Help !!

So for some reason my site has been sending emails to me saying there was an error with the payments.

SGS-020003: Invalid XML

I called up LinkPoint and they said it had something to do with unneeded characters. They also stated that I need to get the copy of a captured XML String.

Now.....I am completely lost....what???

This problem started occurring today, and I have had a few transactions earlier in the day as well.

Can someone please, PLEASE help me??

What version of Zen Cart?
Did you just recently add some attributes or products which have an "&" in their names? Can you change that to "and" instead?
(or instead of "&" maybe you're using "<" or ">", and perhaps you can change them similarly?)

The latest version of Zen Cart should be able to handle those fine. But older versions did have some problems.
