    Did you redefine the size in includes/languades/english/header.php

    Code:
    // added defines for header alt and text
      define('HEADER_ALT_TEXT', 'Powered by Zen Cart :: The Art of E-Commerce');
      define('HEADER_SALES_TEXT', 'TagLine Here');
      define('HEADER_LOGO_WIDTH', '192px');
      define('HEADER_LOGO_HEIGHT', '64px');
      define('HEADER_LOGO_IMAGE', 'logo.gif');

    First you need to decide whether or not you want the navCatTabsWrapper to show. The USA Coin Screws is a link in the navCatTabsWrapper that can be turned on or off in the admin.

    Search the tutorials to remove the TagLine.

    If you want to keep the navCatTabsWrapper, add padding-top: 15px; to the stylesheet around line 261.
